Shipping & Returns

We are super grateful for your business & couldn't do this without you! Just a few rules of engagement below to set the expectations right off the start so no one gets their bags in a wad. :-) 

Order Processing Time 

Stock Design Cornhole Bags:  Please Allow 1-3 Business Days to ship. 
Custom Printed Cornhole Bags: Please allow 3-5 business days to ship. 

 

Please note: orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Bulk orders and orders during peak holidays may take more time. We will contact you if you order will not be shipped within our normal lead times. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. 



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


* For Expedited Shipping or Rush Orders please call us at 1-800-693-5442. Only available to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and is out of our control. We do not guarantee transit times. 


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cornstar Bags Inc. is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All items held at customs or returned for duties not paid will be the customers responsibility. If items are returned to us for duties not paid, the customer may pay to have the items reshipped but we will not refund orders that have been returned for non-payment of duties. 

Lost, Stolen or Damages

Cornstar Bags Inc. is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 3 business days so we can file a claim with the shipper. Once the claim is approved, we will credit your account and re-ship your item.  

Once tracking confirms delivered, Cornstar Bags Inc. is no longer responsible for package. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence. 

  

RETURN POLICY:

 ** No returns will be accepted for customized items unless it is a warranty exchange. These items are made to order based off of images provided to us from you. 

 Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner may result in a non-corrective action.

 If the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return to return the item for a refund, then the customer must send the item back within 3 business days of having received the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of sale price. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item. In the case of damage due to shipping, see below.*

*Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with the shipping company.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Warranty Replacements

We offer a 90 day warranty on all cornhole bags to cover manufacturing defects. This applies to the seam stitching and not punctures due to misuse. Any process used to "break in" bags voids any warranty as these processes breakdown fabric faster then normal. In order to process your warranty replacement. Please log in to your cornstarbags.com account and request an RMA. Once approved, we will send you a return label for the bag(s) that need to be replaced. Once received, we will determine if it is covered under the warranty terms and either ship you a replacement or contact you if there is a problem.  

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (less 15% restock fee) or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or we shipped you the wrong product. 

Returns Process:

To return your product, you must log into your cornstarbags.com account and request an RMA from the order in your order history If you checked out as a guest, you can still register a new account using the same email you placed the order to recover your order history. All returns must be approved. Items shipped to us without an RMA# will be rejected and returned to the sender.

If the return is due to our mistake or a warranty replacement, we will email you a return label and the shipping cost is on us. If you just changed your mind within the 3 day period and your RMA is approved, you will be sent instructions on where to return. In this case, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. 

When shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
